My stay was real good, enjoyed special vibes!
This hotel was original, with decent service and perfect location near to town centre. The staff was really helpful and pretty friendly and the owner too. I've booked family room with seaview and everything was nice. Location: the property was right by lovely beach as well as Sandown.

The breakfast was really good, especially if u like full english! Nice staff too, john was a cool guy once u get used to his way. Room was comfy, lots of storage space and close to the beach which was a big plus. We loved the parking too! It felt cozy and had a quirky vibe, totally fine for a family stay.
The shower wasn't great, could've been more powerful. The decor feels a bit outdated and could use some freshening up.

Stronger shower pressure would enhance the experience.

The atmosphere felt homely, and John was notably accommodating. The shower could have been more powerful, and the rooms had seen better days. They were clean and comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep close to the beach.

Not worth the hype
Walked into a room that felt totally outdated, with a view of a derelict building. The decor was pretty awful, like a bad throwback from the 70s. Breakfast was cold and they served stale toast. At least the shower was decent. But the dirty carpet? Yeah, no thanks! I'd look elsewhere next time.

great breakfast but basic room decor
The breakfast was great with a hot and freshly prepared full English. The staff were cute, and I appreciated the promptness in fulfilling my request for additional pillows.
The room decor felt quite basic and quirky compared to what some might prefer.
